Continue shopping if you like… we are confident any price & warranty comparison will prove that you get the best value and long term satisfaction from us. Remember within 30 days from your order date, if you find the same product type with the same features & benefits offered to you with identical service, warranty and installation, simply provide a written and/or printed order invoice and your Window Design Group Dealer will gladly refund you 100% of the difference with an additional 5% after verification¹. Price match policy is only valid to one competitors price. After the price match is taken into effect, we do not offer price matching to a secondary quote. Competitors quote must come from a CA contractor License and bonded / insured company, and all products must be manufactured in the United States.

3. 10 Year Product Satisfaction Commitment to You

All products purchased from The Window Design Group will render unsurpassed quality and performance under normal usage. All of our products will withstand any and all forms of failure of performance in normal residential use. If your product should fail to function as intended due to manufacturing defects within 10 years of the installation date, we will repair it as needed, or allow full prorated credit for unused time² toward purchase of a similar product of your choice.

4. Our Industry Leading Warranty and Safety Standards

We stand behind every window treatment, window replacement and installation we sell. All of our products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty and are manufactured in conformance with the current voluntary American National Standards Institute (ANSI) child safety standards. Our job is not complete until you’re satisfied.

• Example: If we quote you $1,000 and another company’s price is $900, we will refund you $100 plus an additional $5 which is equal to five percent of the difference.
• If your product’s craftsmanship should fail in five years, we will repair it or issue credit for the unused time remaining on your warranty. In this case of five years for example, you would receive a credit of 5/10TH of your purchase price on the FAULTY product. While we do not offer a cash refund, you may use your credit on any similar product of your choice of equal or greater value.
