Open shutter panel to expose tension hole cap.
Remove the tension hole cap. Insert Flat Head Screw Driver for composite shutters and a Phillips Head Screw Driver for wood shutters. Turn clockwise to tighten the louvers. Turn counter clockwise to loosen the louvers. Be careful to not over tighten.
